Friday Evening – Yin Yoga & Chocolate

Unwind from the week with a slow, nourishing yoga class focused on relaxation, breath, and ease. This gentle, all-levels practice will help you release tension and settle into your body. We’ll close the evening with a mindful chocolate tasting, inviting you to slow down, engage the senses, and enjoy some delicious chocolates.
Saturday Afternoon – Chair Yoga & Chocolate
Saturday | 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Perfect for beginners, those wanting extra support, or anyone seeking a softer practice, this gentle chair yoga class offers calming movement and breathwork while seated or supported. We’ll end with the same mindful chocolate tasting, creating a sweet and grounding experience for body and mind.
