Our Mindfulness Coaching Program is designed for clients currently engaged in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and anyone who is looking to start or deepen their practice. Over the course of 8 weeks, we offer a space to deepen your mindfulness practice, enhance your emotional well-being, and support your progress through the DBT modules.
What Is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, non-judgmentally, and with acceptance. It helps you step out of autopilot and reconnect with yourself, your feelings, and your environment. In our coaching program, we go beyond the basics, guiding you to a richer, more profound understanding of mindfulness that will serve as a powerful foundation for both your therapy and daily life.
What You’ll Learn In The Mindfulness Coaching Program

Mindful Movement
Each of our classes begins with a customized gentle 30-minute mindful movement session that will help ground you in the moment, calm the nervous system, and create a deeper connection between mind and body. It’s a formal mindfulness practice that will help cultivate presence and the practice of mindfulness.

Mindfulness Activities
Engaging activities tailored to deepen your understanding and practice of mindfulness. These exercises are introduced and practiced in session. They can be easily incorporated into your everyday routine and offer practical tools to navigate stress, difficult emotions, and overwhelming thoughts. You will be sent home weekly with optional mindfulness activities to not only deepen your practice and understanding but to find what is effective for you.

DBT Skill Support
Mindfulness is a key component in DBT, and our program helps you continue building on the DBT skills you're already developing. With a more in-depth mindfulness practice, you'll be better equipped to move through the emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance skills of DBT.
