Before beginning counseling, all new clients complete a free phone consultation. During this brief conversation, you'll have the opportunity to share your goals, discuss your background, and ask any initial questions. This consultation also allows our team to gather the information needed to determine whether our counseling services are the best fit for your needs and to help match you with the most appropriate provider. Please note: Appointment requests submitted online are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our front desk. The date and time you select are considered a request until confirmed.
